Project Overview

The first project to be launched was Malibu Plots, which are individual plots, to be sold outright to users who wish to build their own dream homes. The plotted development within Malibu Towne is comprised of 900 plots, which range in areas between 150 sq. yds. and 1000 Sq. Yds. Since it takes years for a tree to reach an appreciable height, we at Malibu planted trees at the back and on one side of each plot at the inception which have now grown in stature and girth giving each plot its own privacy and at the same time a very impressive look to the colony.
Several beautiful homes have been built by the residents of Malibu which has further added to the beauty of the colony.

The condominium complex is spread on about 12 acres and is in fact a totally separate entity within the township having its own independent secured access, thus making it a "gated complex" within a gated township offering double security. The towers have been a landmark and are indeed an overpowering sight as seen from the Gurgaon-Sohna road, the internal sector roads and from various other points of Gurgaon. The unique elevation and facade of the towers make them stand out dramatically from all other existing and under construction projects in entire Gurgaon thus adding to it a unique identity. There are currently 5 high rise towers already constructed which have a total of 292 condominiums. These are 2 or 3 bedroom units having built up areas that range between 1587 sq. ft. and 2940 sq. ft.

There are also 24 luxury penthouse units in these towers, located on the top most floor of each tower with built up areas ranging between 2875 sq. ft. and 4695 sq. ft. The 6th and final tower is scheduled to be launched in the next few months. This tower will boast of 56 air conditioned condominiums and 4 Penthouses with the very best specifications.
Another important aspect of the Condominium complex is that the towers have enough space separating them, ensuring enough air and sunlight to all apartments adding to the quality of life as compared to the many other residential complexes in the area which are compact, monolithic and run hand in hand with each other. Also, the Condominium complex is very close to the main entrance of the township and the Malibu Country Club.

With its rich and mature landscaping, beautifully manicured lawns and fully grown trees, the whole environment provides a healthy and cozy environment and has all the ingredients to make for a beautiful life. The grand entrance lobbies in all towers have rich marble flooring which lends beauty and grace to the building thus enriching the ambience further.

The Independent Floors project was launched in September 1997. These 444 elegant looking independent floors were a resounding success due to their elegant elevation and the fact that there is only one living unit per floor thus ensuring privacy.
The project was completely sold out in record time. These 2 or 3 bedroom units on the ground, 1st and 2nd floors are built on plots of 275 sq. yds., with built up areas ranging between 1105 and 1357 sft.

The Malibu Shopping arcade was conceived and launched for sale in 2004. It consists of over 80 shops, 4 Restaurants and 5 floors of office space. The shops were sold almost immediately after the launch. The restaurants and office space shall be launched once construction on the shopping arcade is completed by the end of August 2006.
